
Meet Dr. Mary Grabowski
Veterinarian
Dr. Grabowski has specialized interest and training to provide wellness care from preventative care to surgery for exotic, avian, and pocket pets as well as cat and dogs including:
- Birds
- Reptiles, non-venomous snakes
- Turtles, frogs
- Rabbits, Rats, ferrets, hamsters, guinea pigs chinchillas
- And more.
Dr. Mary Grabowski has extensive knowledge and specializes in avian, reptile, and small mammal medicine. She has worked at several clinics in the Chicagoland area, working with exotic animals, dogs, and cats. Her special interests are rabbits and avian medicine. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2008 from the University of Illinois, College of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Grabowski is an active member in several organizations including the Association of Avian Veterinarians, the Association of Reptilian and Amphibian Veterinarians, the American Veterinary Medical Association, and the Association of Exotic Mammal Veterinarians. Dr. Grabowski also has her wildlife license to treat community injured wildlife.
Dr. Grabowski currently lives in Sugar Grove with her husband, Nathan, and three amazing children, Arya, TJ, and Aidan. They share their home with seven animals including one dog named Chase, two rabbits named Apple and Oreo, two aquatic African frogs, and three birds: Tuga, Remi, and Kiwi. She is very excited about her new adventure with Green Family Veterinary Practice and looks forward to meeting members of the community.
